Paul is the Founder of Blanco Hill. He began his career as a management consultant in DC before moving to NYC where he worked for Glenview Capital Management, a $10+ billion hedge fund, as a Research Analyst focusing on Business Services, Tech, Media, & Telecom (TMT) and FinTech investments. He also worked as the Head of Finance for Wonder, a gig-economy research services provider, and led Strategy & Analytics efforts for Beyond Finance, a consumer financial services company.

Paul sits on the Associate Board of Bottom Line, a non-profit that helps first-generation, low-income students get to and succeed in college, as well as the Advisory Board of Montgomery Bell Academy. 

Paul earned a B.S. from the University of Virginia, double majoring in Systems & Information Engineering and Economics.
